Terms and Conditions (for Individual Bookings)

 

1. Booking Confirmation

All individual bookings must be confirmed with full payment at the time of booking.

No partial payments or deposits are accepted for individual bookings.

2. Bus Service Cancellations by the Company

The company reserves the right to cancel the party bus service 24 hours before the booking date due to unforeseen circumstances, such as mechanical failure, extreme weather, or any other reasons affecting the safety or feasibility of the service.

If the company cancels the booking within 24 hours of the booking, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative booking date will be offered, subject to availability.

3. Customer Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel their individual booking must refer to the Refund Policy (outlined separately) for details regarding eligibility for a refund.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • Customers must adhere to the bus service’s rules and policies, including refraining from disruptive or illegal behaviour during the journey.
  • The company reserves the right to remove any passenger exhibiting inappropriate behaviour without a refund.
  • Any damage to the bus or its equipment caused by a passenger will result in additional charges to the responsible party.

5. Capacity

Individual bookings are subject to available seating, and customers may not exceed the number of seats allocated for their booking.

6. Alcohol, Snacks, and Beverages

Snacks are allowed on the bus, and water will be supplied to all passengers.

  • Customers are permitted to bring their own alcohol (BYO), with a maximum of 6 drinks per person. Glass bottles or containers are not allowed.
  • Excessive drinking is prohibited. If any customer is deemed too intoxicated, the company reserves the right to terminate their participation in the service without a refund.
  • Customers should be aware that pubs and other venues may refuse entry to individuals who are too intoxicated. The company is not responsible if access to venues is denied due to intoxication.
  • An esky with ice will be provided on the bus so passengers can store their drinks. However, the company is not responsible for passengers drinking or taking the wrong drinks.
  • Ice must be kept in small, sealed bags; no leaking ice or water is allowed. Any spills caused by improper storage may result in additional cleaning charges.

7. Liability

-The company assumes no liability for any personal injuries or property damage that occur during the service unless due to gross negligence on the company’s part.

8. Timeliness

  • Customers must arrive at the pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The company is not responsible for delays or missed bookings due to late arrival.
  • The bus will not wait beyond the scheduled pickup time. If a customer misses the bus, no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy (for Individual Bookings)

1. Full Refund

If the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the booking date, Customers are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

2. Partial Refund

Cancellations made between 24 hours and 14 days before the booking date will receive a partial refund of 50%.

3. No Refund

 No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking date.

4. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the confirmed cancellation.
