Yes, your party host will have access to Spotify in which you will be able to request all your favorite party classics.
Yes, you are able to bring your own alcohol on board the party bus? However, you are not allowed any GLASS. Please ensure cans or plastic.
Please note: consider that you will be also in and out of venues in which you will have to leave your drinks on the party bus. So don’t go to overboard.
Currently there are no COIVD-19 restrictions in place. However, if you are feeling sick or currently have COVID-19 please stay home for the safety of others.
The party bus tour has two starting times.
They are:
Morning
Pick-Up: 11 AM – Drop-Off: 3 PM
Evening
Pick-Up: 5 PM – Drop-Off: 10 pm.
Please check your ticket for the correct start time and location.
Generally this is not advised as the bus has strict time schedules and only is able to stop at organised venues with available parking. Under certain circumstances you may be able to however it would require managers approval beforehand.
Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access onto the party bus due to size and layout constraints. There is however wheelchair access at all the venues on the club crawl after the bus tour. There is always the option to join the tour after the bus party.
Our terms and conditions clearly state that there are no refunds given as we have to pay clubs per booking upon booking, however under certain circumstances can be extended or validated for future dates. If you have any questions please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to attend the guided tour or if you change your mind on any Party Bus Tours purchases, but would love to take you out another night. Our refund policy is based on Australian Consumer Law.

Nightclubs all have strict dress code policies:
Guys, no visible tattoos are allowed. Hand/neck/face tattoos MUST be completely covered so they are not visible. The venues will deny entry if they can see them. Wear long trousers (no shorts) and closed-toe shoes.
Guys and girls, sportswear is not allowed. This includes sports-branded shirts and shoes. Beanies, hats, thongs, flip-flops, and hoodies are also prohibited.
Whilst they’re not our rules, the Mackay & Whitsundays Party Bus Tours must follow the strict entry requirements for each nightclub, as clearly stated in our terms and conditions.
At all times, you must have your valid photo identification on your person. You need to bring a valid ID, this MUST be an Australian drivers licence or 18+ card, international passport or international drivers licence in complete English. If you are unsure please bring your passport.
Yes, you will be asked for identification at every nightclub. You MUST bring a valid ID, this means an Australian drivers licence or Australian 18+ card or International Passport. If you are unsure please bring your passport. Each nightclub has its own security and must follow the Queensland liquor licensing law and their own terms and conditions regardless of you being with a group (Liquor Act 1992).
Unfortunately, we do not make the rules. Some venues require men with large visible tattoos to cover them up before they allow them in. It’s up to the venue and its rules, which we must comply with.

Yes, dancing is allowed while the bus is stationary, there is a pole for you to have some fun with also. We are also able to stop on request if you would like to spend more time dancing around and having fun.
